We found our home after the walls had all ready gone up. We loved the house but there were several things we wanted to change. Trevor was very accommodating and easy to work with to get these changes made and make the house exactly what we wanted it to be. We were extremely worried about the building process in general. There were the typical small bumps but we are extremely happy with our house and with the work Trevor did for us.

Trevor's work first caught both my husband and my attention on our weekly
run through Coley Forest. What a beautiful and unique home being built! It
was not too much later that we made the decision to relocate for more space
and we were very excited to see the interior of that amazing
masterpiece...We are fortunate to say that we have now been the proud
homeowners of this home since February 2007. Although our home was basically
finished when we found it, the idea of working with a builder and buying a
newly constructed home was a new experience for us. We trusted Trevor, and
he did not let us down. He has been reliable in working on the "punch list"
of items that need to be addressed. Many of these items he even pointed out
(and we may never have recognized). On a couple of occasions, we have asked
for additional "favors" and he has been more than willing to have his
subcontractors come out to the house to do the work. We are always
